Michael Lee Chauvenet is a licensed real estate service provider in Texas. The license was issued to Michael Lee Chauvenet by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). TREC requires that all real estate brokers and sales agents meet and maintain specified levels of education to hold a license to act as a real estate agent. Agents are required to follow the provisions of The Real Estate License Act and the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission in all transactions and to deal with the public competently and honestly.
Since 1984 Michael has been licensed in the Securities Industry, and since 1989 he has been licensed as a General Securities Principal, with 40 years of experience in the Investment Industry.
In 2001 Michael was licensed as a Loan Officer, and in 2004 he founded Mortgage Resources to help clients finance, buy, lease and/or sell their dream homes.
Since 2011 Michael has been licensed as a Real Estate Sales Agent, and in 2024 he became the Founder of Real Estate Resources.
His team of experienced Real Estate Agents is growing to help their clients, with a passion for providing the highest level of expertise and the best service available. The team loves to help their clients buy, lease, and sell real estate both locally and nationally.
